EXCHANGES & RETURNS


Under our 45-day return policy, you can always return/exchange your custom shoes. In this case, you'll have to send them back to our US or UK address. We offer free exchanges for orders over $75

You can return/exchange your custom shoes under the following terms and conditions:

a. We have a 45-day return policy. After this period, we no longer accept exchanges or returns.

b. In case of returns, we'll issue you a full refund as soon as we receive your shoes back.

c. Shoes must be returned in an unworn/original condition. When trying your shoes on, please walk only on carpeted surfaces to avoid marks and scuffs on the soles.

d. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our UK (London) or US (Oregon) address.

e. Please contact us before sending your shoes back.

Data Deletion

At Julia Bo, we value your privacy and provide you with the ability to control your personal data. This page provides instructions on how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data from our system.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • To request the deletion of your data, you must first log in to your Julia Bo account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings

    • Once logged in, go to the Account Settings or Profile section of the app.
    • Locate the option for Privacy or Data Management.
  3. Request Data Deletion

    • In the Data Management section, click on the Delete My Account or Request Data Deletion button.
    • A confirmation prompt will appear. Review the terms and impact of deleting your data before confirming.
  4. Confirm Deletion

    • You will be asked to confirm your decision to permanently delete your account and data.
    • Once confirmed, all your data, including your account details, usage history, and any other personal information, will be permanently removed from our system within 30 days.
    • Please note: This action cannot be undone.
  5. Email Request (Optional)

    • If you are unable to access your account, you may also request data deletion by contacting our support team via email at contact@juliabo.com
    • Please include the following information in your email:
      • Your full name
      • Your registered email address
      • Reason for data deletion request (optional)

    Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 3 business days.

Important Information:

  • Third-Party Data: If you have connected your account to any third-party services, you will need to manage the deletion of your data on those platforms separately.
  • Backup and Retention: Some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period as part of our regular backup processes. However, this data will be permanently removed following the completion of the backup cycle.
  • Legal Compliance: In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Once the legal obligations are fulfilled, your data will be deleted.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • Once your request has been processed, your data will be permanently erased from our active systems.
  • You will no longer be able to access your account or retrieve any data associated with it.
  • If you wish to use Julia Bo apps in the future, you will need to create a new account.
