All our custom made oxfords and boots are dispatched from our workshops within 5 working days.

Standard shipping worldwide is about 1-3 weeks more. We also offer Fedex Express shipping (3-5 working days), which has an extra cost of US$ 35 (non-refundable). All customs duties are included on our prices.

In the worst case, under our 45-day return policy, you can always return/exchange your custom shoes. In this case, you'll have to send them back to our US or UK address.
