We want you to love your shoes. If theyβre not quite right, you can return or exchange them withinΒ 45 days of receiving your order.
We offerΒ free shipping and free exchanges on U.S. orders over $100.Β You may return or exchange your shoes under the following terms and conditions:
a. 45-day return window
You may return or exchange your shoes within 45 days. After this period, weβre unable to accept returns or exchanges.
b. U.S. returns and exchanges
For U.S. orders, weβll provide a return label. AΒ $6 drop-off return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are always free of charge.
For non-U.S. customers, shoes must be returned to our warehouse in London, UK.
c. Refunds
Once we receive your returned shoes and confirm they are unworn and in original condition, weβll issue your refund within 3 business days.
Please note that any extra charge paid for Express Shipping is non-refundable.
d. Item condition
Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original condition. When trying them on, please walk only on carpeted surfaces to avoid marks or scuffs on the soles.
e. Customized shoes
Customized shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
f. Refunds on exchanged pairs
If you request a refund after receiving an exchanged pair, the refund will be processed against your original order.
We aim to make exchanges as quick as possible.
Each month, we keep a small reserve of items to help with size and style exchanges. Because our shoes are made to order, the exact item you originally purchased may not always be available, but weβll do our best to offer a matching or similar product.
Once weβve received your returned item and confirmed it is unworn, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive your returned shoes and confirm they are unworn and in original condition.
Credit card processing times can vary, but you can usually expect the refund to appear in your account within 2 to 5 business days after we issue it.
