Under our 45-day return policy, you can return or exchange your shoes. You'll need to send them back to our US or UK address. We offer free shipping and exchanges for US orders over $75.

You can return or exchange your shoes under the following terms and conditions:

a. We have a 45-day return policy. After this period, we no longer accept exchanges or returns.

b. In case of returns, we'll issue you a full refund as soon as we receive your shoes back. Express Shipping extra charge is non-refundable.

c. Shoes must be returned in an unworn/original condition. When trying your shoes on, please walk only on carpeted surfaces to avoid marks and scuffs on the soles.

d. Customized shoes and items from warehouse sale can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

We aim to make exchanges as quick as possible. Each month, we create a small reserve of items to handle size and style exchanges efficiently. Since our products are made to order, the exact item you originally purchased may not always be available, but we'll do our best to provide a matching or similar product. Once we’ve confirmed that your returned item is unworn, your exchange will be processed within three business days.

Refunds are issued within three business days after we confirm the returned product is unworn. Please note that credit card processing times can vary, so you can generally expect to see the refund in your account within two to five business days after we issue it. If the refund doesn't appear within this timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team, and we'll promptly investigate the issue.
